Our Social Responsibility Policy
We undertake,

  • For the healthy development of children and within the framework of respect for the right to education, not to employ employees under the age of 16, to act in accordance with the procedures and principles of employing young workers,
  • In order to ensure the continuity of the company's ethical criteria, the selection of personnel in recruitment will be considered as a necessary and important criterion as much as technical and professional knowledge, and policies to prevent discrimination and harassment-mistreatment will be valid starting from the recruitment stage,
  • Believing that the basis of social compliance is conscious employees, during the recruitment stage and during the work period, employees will be informed about their personal rights, company rules, and working conditions, and the awareness level of employees will be increased,
  • Being in compliance with the laws and regulations in force regarding working hours and overtime due to efficient work and respect for human rights,
  • Taking the minimum wage as the minimum wage that employees can cover their living expenses as a basis; There will be no wages below minimum wage, overtime wages will be paid with additional payments as required by law,

  • With the belief that success comes from healthy communication, to constantly keep the connections between employees and managers alive, to establish good relations between employees and managers and to carry out practices aimed at ensuring the continuity of these relations,
  • To ensure that there is no verbal, physical, psychological harassment or coercion in order to ensure the peace of the work environment and the happiness of employees,
  • There will be no work that is contractually obligatory or in return for debt, and that the work is voluntary,
  • With the belief that all suppliers have equal responsibility; to evaluate the social compliance activities of supplier companies, to follow the results with action plans, to control social compliance activities with management systems,
  • To consider people as the most valuable asset in all activities and to create a safer and healthier working environment and to minimize any possible loss as a priority,
  • To ensure that employees have the freedom to unite by becoming members of regional or national associations, aid organizations, solidarity branches, unions, foundations, local parties, etc.,
  • To organize trainings in order to ensure that all employees are aware of their individual responsibilities, to provide the necessary equipment in terms of Occupational Health and Safety, to comply with local laws, regulations and conditions related to Occupational Health and Safety, taking into account the standards and rules of Paksel Kimya San. Tic. A.Ş., to create a communication environment where all employees can work in accordance with the Occupational Health and Safety policy and to raise awareness about the work carried out in this regard, to determine the risks related to occupational health and safety hazards that may arise from the activities of our institution and to keep these risks under control by reducing them to acceptable levels,
