Paksel Kimya San. ve Tic. A.Ş. commits that throughout the period in which it holds the FSC Chain of Custody (CoC) certification, all its activities and processes are aligned with the FSC mission and values, and that it is not involved in any of the following activities deemed unacceptable by FSC:

• Illegal harvesting or illegal trade of forest products,
• Violations of traditional rights or human rights in forestry or the forest products sector,
• Violations of workers’ rights and principles defined in the International Labour Organization (ILO) Declaration on Fundamental Principles and Rights at Work within the forestry or forest products sector,
• Destruction of High Conservation Values in forests or in High Conservation Value areas,
• Conversion of natural forest cover,
• Use of genetically modified organisms for any purpose other than research in forestry activities.
